Welcome To Sonnier Mobile Home Park!

60 Days Compliance

(For your reference, here's the content of the 60 Day Letter sent.)

Lucky Communities is committed to ensuring a safe, clean, and pleasant living environment for all residents.

To achieve this goal, we kindly request that all residents familiarize themselves with all the Rules and Regulations included in the Lease Agreement. While we expect adherence to all rules, we would like to draw your attention to specific areas that will be inspected and enforced on a weekly basis.

Please make sure that you are in compliance with the following items within 60 days from this notice:

1. Overgrown Grass: It is essential to maintain your property by regularly mowing and trimming the grass. Please ensure that your lawn is well-maintained, contributing to the overall appearance of the community.

2. Unauthorized Vehicles: Additional recreational vehicles (RVs), trailers, or abandoned vehicles are not permitted on the premises. We request that you remove any such vehicles from the mobile home park promptly.

3. Boarded Windows and Doors: Any boarded or barricaded windows or doors must be addressed within the specified time frame. Please repair or replace damaged windows and doors to maintain the safety and aesthetic integrity of the mobile home park.

4. Trash and Litter: Keeping the mobile home park clean is a collective responsibility. Dispose of trash properly and refrain from littering. Regularly empty your garbage containers and encourage your neighbors to do the same.

5. Unskirted Homes: All trailers must have proper skirting to maintain a neat and uniform appearance throughout the community. If your home lacks skirting, please make arrangements to have it installed within the given time frame.

6. Homes in Need of Paint or Pressure Washing: We strive to maintain a visually appealing environment. If your mobile home requires a fresh coat of paint or pressure washing, we encourage you to undertake these improvements within the stipulated time frame.

7. Damaged Stairs, Rails, Decks, or Porches: Any decks or porches in disrepair should be repaired promptly to ensure safety and preserve the overall appeal of the mobile home park. Please address any broken or hazardous structures as soon as possible.

We understand that these changes may require some effort and investment on your part. However, they are necessary to enhance the mobile home park's overall appearance and ensure the well-being of all residents. We appreciate your cooperation and compliance with these regulations.

Failure to comply with these rules within the given time frame may result in formal notices, fines, or other necessary actions. Please remember that adhering to these guidelines benefits the entire community and helps create a harmonious living environment for all.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding these rules or need assistance in meeting the requirements, please do not hesitate to call the mobile home park office at 504-445-6500 or text us at 504-226-5884 during office hours.

We look forward to working together to create a vibrant and well-maintained mobile home park community. Thank you for your cooperation.
