We are pleased to offer you the enrollment in Automatic Payments service online. Now you can have your rent payment deducted automatically from your checking or savings account, saving you time and effort!
It pays your rent in a convenient and timely manner (even if you’re on vacation or out of town). Your payment is always on time, it eliminates late fees, and it’s easy to sign up for.

And below is your guide in navigating TWA:
You can enroll in Automatic Payments when you make a payment online.
All you need to do is:
- Log into your Tenant Web Access and go to the upper right corner and click your name
- Select "Payment Settings - Saved Payment Info & AutoPay"
- Select "Add"
- Enter your payment information
- Click on the “enable automatic payments” button
- Choose what day of the month you want the payment to be deducted (Late fees are charged on the 5th of each month.)
- Select payment type (balance due or specific amount)
- Check the box next to the disclaimer notice
- Click on “Save” to complete
Done! Enrollment is complete!
Your next scheduled automatic payment will be displayed. You can print or save this screen for your records.
To not get confused, you can make the first payment first online to have the payment information saved before setting up the monthly recurring payment.

Go to the Settings tab and add the auto payment function.
You are now set up with Automatic Payments and sending your rent payment is worry free!
If you want to deactivate autopay, log in to your account before the scheduled day of payment and click on Remove your Saved Payment Information.
Whether you set up autopay over the phone, processed every 4th of the month, or set it up online through TWA or rmResident app, you'll have $10 off monthly discount in your rent charge!
