rmResident is a secure, easy-to-use mobile app designed specifically for your renters. Leveraging the power of our Tenant Web Access (TWA) portal, residents can use the app to effortlessly make and view payments, review existing maintenance requests and submit new ones, and more.

To begin using the app on your mobile device:

1. From Google Play or the App Store, search and download the rmResident app.

2. After you open the app, you will be asked to enter the following:
   
   Company Code: lucky
   Community (if applicable): Default

3. Log in with your TWA account:  (Your EMAIL)
