Built-in features allow residents to upload photos, view documents, and more from within the app.

To begin using the app on your mobile device:

  1. From Google Play or the App Store, search and download the rmResident app.

  2. After you open the app, you will be asked to enter the following:

    Company Code: lucky
    Community (if applicable): Default

  3. Log in with your TWA account:  (Your EMAIL)
