Implementing Rules & Regulations

As your property management team, we strive to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and harmonious living environment for all residents of our mobile home park.

We understand that living in a community setting can sometimes present challenges, but it also offers opportunities for us to work together to enhance our way of living.

It has come to our attention that there have been instances where certain rules and regulations of the mobile home park have not been followed as outlined in your lease agreement.

These rules and regulations are in place to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all residents, as well as to maintain the overall aesthetics and functionality of the park.

If you'd like to review, CLICK HERE for the Rules & Regulations.

And CLICK HERE for the 60 Days Compliance mailed to you before for some of the rules that are enforced.

Unfortunately, failure to comply with these rules can have negative consequences. Therefore, we have been implementing the enforcement policy regarding violations of park rules. This may include issuing violation notices and associated fees for non-compliance.

As part of this effort, please be advised that our Resident Concierge or Park Manager are conducting weekly inspections of the premises. These inspections are scheduled to ensure that all community guidelines and regulations are being followed.

During these inspections, we will be looking for any instances of non-compliance with our community rules. Should any violations be observed, a violation notice will be issued, and if necessary, violation charges may be applied to your account.

We understand that receiving a violation notice can be frustrating, but it is essential for the overall well-being of the community that we all do our part to adhere to the rules and regulations.

However, we also want to emphasize that we are here to help and support you in resolving any issues or concerns you may have.

In this spirit, we are extending an offer to collaborate with any residents who may be struggling to comply with certain rules, particularly regarding the skirting of your mobile homes.

Skirting not only enhances the appearance of your home but also helps to protect it from the elements and pests.

If you are experiencing difficulties in meeting this requirement, we encourage you to reach out to us. We are more than willing to discuss potential solutions and provide assistance where needed.

We understand that working and maintaining these standards requires a collective effort, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep our community a wonderful place to live.

Together, we can work towards creating a community that we can all be proud to call home. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your continued cooperation.

Upcoming Projects and Developments!

As stewards of our community, we are committed to continually enhancing your living experience here at Sonnier Mobile Home Park.

We're thrilled to announce some exciting projects and developments that are on the horizon, aimed at improving our park's infrastructure and aesthetics.

  1. Installation of New Mailboxes: One of the upcoming projects we're thrilled to share with you is the installation of brand-new mailboxes before the end of June. We understand the importance of having a reliable and secure system for receiving your mail, and these new mailboxes will not only provide a more organized solution but also enhance the overall appearance of our community.

  2. Installation of a New Fence: In addition to the new mailboxes, we're embarking on a project to install a new fence around certain areas of the park, which will start before the end of June. This fence will not only improve security but also provide a sense of privacy and delineate boundaries more clearly. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, and this new fence will contribute to both.

  3. Road Paving: We're also excited to announce that road paving is on the agenda, which we plan to start before end of July. Smooth, well-maintained roads are essential for safe and convenient travel within our community. The road paving project will ensure that our streets remain in excellent condition, enhancing accessibility and overall beauty.

These projects are just the beginning. We have several more initiatives in the pipeline aimed at further enhancing our mobile home park.

As we embark on these developments, we want to emphasize the importance of patience and understanding, as these projects involve various processes that may take some time to complete.

Improving our mobile home park requires careful planning, coordination, and execution. From obtaining necessary permits to sourcing materials and coordinating with contractors, each step in the process is essential to ensure the successful implementation of these projects.

While we are committed to completing these enhancements in a timely manner, we also prioritize quality and thoroughness to ensure that the results meet our community's expectations.

Your patience and cooperation during this time are greatly appreciated. By working together, we can create a community that we can all take pride in.

As always, we value your feedback and encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have regarding these upcoming developments. Your input is invaluable as we strive to create a community that we can all be proud to call home.

Thank you for your continued cooperation and support as we work together to make Sonnier Mobile Home Park an even better place to live.
